Gray Day 2026: Alasdair & Agnes – Connected Archives & Literary Lives
We are excited to be part of Gray Day 2026 and are hosting Alasdair Gray Archive Custodian - Sorcha Dallas and Laura MacDonald, a SGSAH-funded PhD student working on Archiving Agnes Owens for The Agnes Owens Archive. With the book covers for Agnes Owens' 'A Working Mother' and 'People Like That' designed by Alasdair Gray and on display in Kelvingrove, this talk will discuss their connected lives and archives through the current research and projects on both authors.
The event takes place in the North Balcony Room at Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.
